Salary: Scottish Government NHS Circular PCS2019(DD)02 (subject to change)
All the Specialty Registrar posts are suitable for trainees who wish to enter a training programme leading to the award of a Certificate of Completion of Specialty Training (CCST).
The post-CCST posts are suitable for those who will be on the specialist list by the time of appointment.
Progress through these programmes is subject to satisfactory annual review. The normal duration of training will be determined by the GDC’s curriculum for the specialty. Eligibility for the recommendation of the award of a CCST by the GDC is subject to completion of the training requirements of the Deanery.
