The NES AIM Programme was formed in 2010. The programme provides analysis, intelligence and modelling (AIM) to inform workforce planning for health, and the interface between health and social care in Scotland. The programme draws on NES’s unique knowledge and data about the education, training and labour markets for health professionals.
